Suzanne was born and raised in the Detroit area and is a graduate of Michigan State University. She and her late husband moved to semi-rural Maryland in 1976, where she managed his small and exotic animal veterinary practice for over 30 years.
Simultaneously, to save her sanity, she worked in the performing arts, some of it paid, and has done everything on a stage except play a musical instrument (including stints at Carnegie Hall).
Suzanne also is a graduate of the Education for Ministry program, a four-year study of the Bible, church history, and theological reflection through Sewanee, the seminary at the University of the South.
Suzanne travels through the world, singing, dancing, writing and speaking her mind.
